Created with skill and passion, the menu features an exciting array of seafood, steaks, and signature items from our Executive Chef, Eric Heinrich and his culinary team. The much anticipated Sunday Brunch has returned as well, offering breakfast favorites, entrées & sides as well as action stations, great salads, appetizers and a wide choice of desserts. We offer a wide arrange of spirits, local brews on tap, and over 100 wines by the bottle. Many labels are offered by the glass. The Bar also offers a lighter fare menu of sandwiches, and appetizers to share. Finally, at Samuel's we have the Abbot Room, a private dining room that seats up to twelve guests. In the Abbot Room you can host a family dinner or gathering of old friends. The Abbot Room is also equipped with audio visual support to help you host a business lunch or dinner meeting with colleagues. |

Our restaurant offers these same properties to you when you come and dine with us. The high ceilings together with the warm mahogany and eclectic décor create a slightly contemporary yet comfortable feeling. The clean lines and colors add accent to a beautiful room of memory and is synonymous with the excellence offered here on campus at Phillips Academy. |
The dining experience will be enhanced by taking a robust new approach to a new upscale dining experience. Diners will avail themselves of two dining experiences in one of the areas of the Inn. The new large dining room will be a light but more formal dining experience reflecting the backdrop of chandeliers, sconces and paneled walls. The furniture will complement it by reflecting a contemporary formality. The attached bistro porch will have a decidedly more casual air where formal carpets and portraits will give way to a brighter sounding space with beautiful wood floors, contemporary art.
